Every week in your diary introduces you to a new Seine-et-Marnais restaurant. Today, heading to the field Chrissy LaChapelle and his restaurant panoramic It has a stunning view of the golf course in the facility.
In 2015, the Crécy-la-Chapelle property, which consists of a hotel, restaurant and golf course, was liquidated. The Vignot family, originally from the area, was then looking for this land to be able to build Parrot World, a zoo. I decided to take over the estate. This acquisition enabled the revitalization of the Crécy-la-Chapelle property and the development of Le Panoramic, the family restaurant located in Old farm house dating back to the 17th century.
With 160 indoor and 200 outdoor seats, Le Panoramic directly overlooks the property’s golf course. In addition to the shaded terrace, the restaurant has a covered terrace that allows you to continue dining outside when the temperatures begin to drop.
With its upscale décor, Le Panoramic is a homely and cozy restaurant. Located in the heart of the property, the restaurant provides a green environment and allows you to dine in the heart of nature. According to Pierre-Louis Vigno, Restaurant, Hotel and Golf Manager, Le Panoramic is “a unique place: few restaurants have such a view.”
In addition to welcoming customers during meals, the restaurant is open during the day for a drink or snack such as pizza or a plate of charcuterie to share. This spirit is representative of the restaurant: “We like to please and see customers have a good time,” explains Pierre-Louis Vignot.
Crécy’s property belongs to the Vignot family, and the restaurant is run by Pierre-Louis Vignot, son of Eric Vignot. Originally, Pierre-Louis Vignot was a computer engineer, but wanting to get involved in the family business, he became the manager of the restaurant, hotel and golf course. Today it is managed by the restaurant team, which includes about fifteen people, and their number can reach twenty people during the high season. For customers, in addition to the view and its quality in the kitchen, Le Panoramic is welcoming: “There is a good atmosphere and the team always has a smile on their face”, he testifies regularly.
Le Panoramic serves French cuisine, It extends on both sides of the brasserie and bistronomy. The menu changes with each season, in order to diversify the flavors, especially for the regulars. “The dishes evolve according to seasonal produce,” explains Pierre-Louis Vignot. The menu at Panoramic is varied, they serve meat, fish and vegetarians. A children’s menu is also available.
