If you find that Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows 8.1 or Windows 7 freezes, crashes, or randomly becomes unresponsive, the causes can be many, as are the solutions! Windows 11/10 keeps crashing, crashing, or freezing
The system may crash, crash or freeze in general for the following reasons:
- CPU, memory and disk resource exhaustion
- Hardware or device driver errors

7. Check the boot entries
Check the startup entries and remove any startup programs you don’t need. Remove any programs that you do not want to start from Startups, every time you start your computer. For my part, I only have my security software on startup, with most others disabled.
8. Check for error events
To do this, open Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Event Viewer > Custom Views > Administrative Events. Check for recent events that display a circular red exclamation mark error code.
