PS + Extra / Premium: Stray, Final Fantasy VII, Assassin’s Creed … All “Free” PS5 / PS4 Games for July

game news PS + Extra / Premium: Stray, Final Fantasy VII, Assassin’s Creed … All “Free” PS5 / PS4 Games for July

Recently, PlayStation offered several subscription plans to its players to compete with Microsoft Game Pass. After announcing the PS + Essential games at the beginning of the month, the Japanese giant is revealing the PS + Extra / Premium games that will expire in July (and there are plenty of them).

At least 15 games will join the PS + Extra / Premium program and 2 PSP games that will be exclusive to PS + Premium from Next July 19. To see more clearly, we’ve broken down the entire July program for the new PS+ formula below.

We’re starting with the big surprise for July, as, as previously announced, Stray will be the star of PS + Extra and PS + Premium starting July 19. It will allow players to control a little cat who will have to cross a hostile cyberpunk world.

A stray cat lost, alone and separated from her family must solve an ancient mystery to escape a forgotten town and return home. In the third-person action adventure game Stray, you play as a cat. The action takes place under the luminous alleys of the degraded internet world and in the bleak decors of the most powerful recesses. Explore the world through the eyes of a stray cat and interact with the environment in a playful way to help this lost feline adventurer unravel an ancient mystery in order to return home.

The other big star of PS + Extra / Premium July is none other than Final Fantasy VII Remake in its Intergrade edition. Indeed, all PlayStation 5 owners will once again be able to experience an unforgettable adventure together with Cloud and his friends, in the best possible version. In this version, the title reveals better visuals (with access to two viewing modes in particular: Resolution and Fludity) and a new adventure that puts you in Yuffie’s sneakers.

We continue with the third and final surprise of July’s PS + Extra/Premium pick, the arrival of the Assassin’s Creed saga. In fact, starting July 19, players will be able to relive all the adventures of Ezio Auditore thanks to the arrival of Assassin’s Creed: The Ezio Collection, but also go to the high seas with Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag, Assassin’s Creed Rogue Remastered, and Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag The price of freedom. Finally, it will also be possible to visit Paris because Assassin’s Creed Unity is also infiltrating the formula.

About the new PlayStation Plus:

What is PlayStation Plus?
